Ham Breakfast Survey
Due to decreased revenues and availability of workers, supply costs increase, and preparation time involved, we are considering whether to continue with the Ham Breakfast fundraiser. We would appreciate your feedback.

Survey submission can be done by:
  • Email. This survey has been emailed to all parishioners' emails on file with the church. You can reply to the email, or
  • Paper survey. Fill out and leave in pew, or
  • Web link. Access the survey via the link on the parish website, or
  • Speak with any PPC member
Ham Breakfast surveys will be collected until December 31, 2025,
